In 2017 the Center for International Cooperation in Education Development (CICED) continued implementation of the second stage of the Russia Education Aid for Development (READ) Program.
Currently CICED’s activities in the READ Program focus on increasing the importance of measuring the levels of knowledge and skills acquired by students in partner countries and the Russian Federation.
