The Center for International Cooperation in Education Development held a seminar with representatives of the partner countries of the READ Program: Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Tajikistan, the Kyrgyz Republic and Vietnam. The seminar was devoted to preparations for the study of Skills of the 21st century.
The research will be conducted with the new developed tool to assess 21st Century Skills. Main tasks for the research are:
- Determine the level of students’ interest in activities based on communication skills
- Determine the level of student interest in activities based on collaboration skills
- Determine the level of students’ interest in creative activities
- Determine the level of students’ interest in activities based on critical thinking
The study is conducted in the form of a survey of students and teachers according to a previously developed questionnaire. The study is not comparative in nature, but aims to test the questionnaires and prepare for a larger survey using the instrumentation planned for 2023.
