Ph.D. Program in Educational Measurement and Evaluation

Moscow Higher School of Economics will have it’s first  cohort of students for the newly developed Ph.D. program in 2018-2019 academic year. The program is aimed at specialists who’s academic interest lies within in-depth educational statistics and psychometrics. There will be scholarships available. Scholarships will be awarded  on a competitive basis for students from Russian Federation, Central Asia and other countries.
