Three-Tier Expert Capacity Building Program

This new program is launched within the READ II program for the first time. The program is aimed at specialists at the start of their career as well as at top tier experts with long background and solid experience. The program provides following opportunities:
1) international internships for students pursuing master’s degree programs in educational research and assessments;
2) international internships for mid-career professionals who hold master’s degrees and professional experience, as well as doctoral students conducting research on education policy and quality assessment;
3) getting international experience in education quality and student assessment to support teams from the World Bank and other development organizations to conduct field research, data collection and analysis, desk reviews, and project implementation.
