METHODOLOGY OF LESSON WITH IN-BUILT DIAGNOSTICS

The use of assessment results should also not be limited to providing numerical characteristics of the level of development of academic and subject competencies of students. In order to effectively manage education, it is necessary to provide the opportunity to use the findings of research in the pedagogical activities of a teacher or school.

For this purpose, a tool was developed for using the results of the assessment of the academic and subject competencies of primary and secondary school students in the classroom work of the teacher “Lesson with in-built diagnostics”.

A key feature of “Lesson with in-built diagnostics” is its variability, which is laid at the stage of lesson planning. Combining the use of the results of SAM testing and the “Lesson with in-built diagnostics”, the teacher gets the opportunity to set goals and objectives for the lesson in accordance with the activity paradigm of learning and is connected with the formation of learning-subject competencies. The teacher can formulate the criteria for assessing their own effectiveness in terms of the SAM model, both in terms of promoting the entire class as well as individual groups or individual students. This allows for more effective lesson planning and increasing its efficiency.
